Do you accept returns or exchanges? Not generally — everything is printed just for you when you order it. But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or way off from what you expected, I’ll absolutely make it right. For full details, check out the Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations page.
Can I cancel my order? You can absolutely request a cancellation — just email me at info@sickhumorsupplyco.com right away. If your item hasn’t gone into production yet, I’ll cancel and refund it. But because things move quickly (especially overnight), I can’t guarantee I’ll catch it in time. Still, it never hurts to ask — I’ll always do what I can.
How long will it take to get my order? Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the products ordered. For details, including international shipping times, visit the Shipping page.
Where are your products made and shipped from? Everything is printed on demand by my fulfillment partner (Printful), and most orders ship from the U.S. Some items may ship from the EU or Mexico depending on your location and product availability.

Are your t-shirts soft / true to size / unisex / magic? Yes to soft.
Yes-ish to sizing (they’re unisex, so read the guide!). I've personally found that the tees were true to size and shrank little, if at all, after laundering.

Do you offer gift messages or gift wrapping? Not at this time — but you’re welcome to ship items directly to someone as a surprise. Just let them know to expect a super soft, slightly snarky shirt in the mail.
Do you offer bulk discounts or custom orders? Yes! If you’re planning to order for a support group, event, or just want a shirt in a different color/format, email me at info@sickhumorsupplyco.com. I love working on special requests.
