Let’s start with the real talk: every item in this shop is made just for you when you order it. I don’t keep inventory sitting around — and I don’t have a warehouse full of pre-printed shirts waiting to be swapped out. This print-on-demand model lets me offer way more designs and sizes than a traditional store, but it also means I can’t accept general returns or exchanges.
That said, I’m not a robot.
I genuinely want you to be happy with what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wildly different than expected, I’ll absolutely make it right — just contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Ordered the wrong size?
I totally get it. Sizing can be tricky — especially with chronic illness bloat, fluctuating weight, and tees that all seem to be cut differently these days. That’s why I include size guides on every product page (and even an About Our T-Shirts page for extra info). Still unsure? Message me before you order — I’m happy to help!
Unfortunately, because each item is custom-printed, I can’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues alone. BUT — if it’s truly unwearable, reach out. I may be able to offer you a generous discount code for a replacement shirt.
Need to cancel your order?
If you made a mistake or changed your mind, email me immediately. If your item hasn’t gone into production yet, I’ll happily cancel and refund it. Once it’s in motion, though, I can’t make guarantees — but I’ll still try to help however I can. Just don’t ghost me for three days and then demand a full refund, okay?
Bottom line:
I’ll always treat you like a person, not an order number. If you’re unhappy, reach out — kindly — and I’ll do my best to make it right.
I usually reply within 24 hours — unless I’m knocked out by a flare or stuck negotiating with my nervous system. Either way, I’ll get back to you as soon as humanly possible (and maybe even with a discount code if you’re extra nice).
